Nella remota possibilità di contatto fisico con caduta al suolo, rimani con la faccia a terra coprendoti la nuca con le mani. Non reagire. Rialzati solo quando sei certo che l’orso si sia allontanato.

Physical contact is highly unlikely, but if you are knocked to the ground, lie face down with your hands over the back of your neck. Do not react. Get up only when you’re sure that the bear has gone away.
